Eurotrip - Barcelona Part 2

Saturday morning los Mexicanos, Eda and I went to see Sagrada Familia, the very much under-construction church of Anton Gaudi’s design.

Here is my artsy, but fake shallow depth of field shot of Gaudi's Sagrada Familia. My lens cant do DOF this shallow so I had to cheat a bit in picasa

Cool part of the Sagrada Familia

Following that, we ventured up Montjuic, a hill sort of in the center of Barcelona.

One of the things to see on Montjuic is the Olympic Stadium from the 1992 Games. This is also where RCD espanyol, another Primera Liga team plays, but compared to the Nou Camp, which is decked out in FC Barca regalia, their presence there seems to be hardly noted.

Here is an HDR I made at the top of Montjuic. We thought that spaceship-type thing was going to be something really fascinating, but it turned out to be a communications tower. Lame.

two photo comments - your fake depth of field photo looks pretty fake - blurred, not out of focus

that last photo looks like a computer rendition of a futuristic world--pretty cool effect
